About the Team
Join ByteDance’s Japan Publishing Team within our Gaming Division. We are responsible for the end-to-end marketing and publishing of all ByteDance game titles in the Japan market.

- Take full responsibility for the overall marketing and publishing operations of the game project in the Japan market throughout its entire lifecycle; maintain strong data sensitivity with the ability to conduct regular analysis, reporting, and post-mortem reviews to drive overall strategy.
- Oversee all promotional activities for the game in Japan, with comprehensive understanding and execution capabilities across content marketing, community operations, influencer collaborations, media relations, and related fields. Work closely and efficiently with internal teams and external partners to achieve publishing goals.
- Lead and manage the UA (User Acquisition) function for the game project, including coordinating objectives and budget planning with the UA team, driving analysis of campaign performance across channels and creatives, and enabling real-time optimization actions to improve results.
