We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Through a major multi-year IT transformation program encompassing several strategic initiatives, we have achieved a significant uplift in the quality and efficiency of IT support delivered to the business. To sustain this progress and ensure operational stability, we are reinforcing our Japan IT Automation function and introducing a new role: Japan IT Engineer.The primary purpose of this role is to develop automation solutions that significantly improve business processes and increase efficiency.

Other responsibilities include

· Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards used daily by the Japan business

· Managing the SANKO track‑and‑trace system and Japan Datamatrix system

· Collaborating effectively with Digital and Business/Center of Excellence Team for Data analytics activities

· Providing stable, reliable support to the Japanese business teams

This new role will play a pivotal role in sustaining the benefits of our transformation program, ensuring uninterrupted support for Japan while enabling to drive broader regional initiatives.
