• Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple facilities
  
  
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met
  
  
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance
  
  
• Assist with cleaning duties when additional coverage is needed
  
  
• Communicate professionally with clients and address questions or concerns
  
  
• Help coordinate schedules and ensure daily operations run efficiently
  
  

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
  
  
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
  
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
