Salary Range: $16.00 Hourly

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to support daily operations at a manufacturing facility in Georgetown. This role is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and support cleaning staff during assigned shift
• Ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards
• Train new employees on procedures and expectations
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity
• Communicate with management regarding staffing or site needs
• Complete basic reports and checklists
• Ensure supplies and equipment are used properly

Requirements
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Steel-toe boots required
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
• Some Saturdays are required
