Location: New Rochelle, NY

Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-3p (1 hour ubpaid lunch) 35hrs

Rate: $18.04/hr

OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

This position is responsible for the cleaning of a multi-purpose office building.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and Floor Scrubbers helpful).
• Responsible for keeping the restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and stocked
• Trash and recyclables
• Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor)
• Clean all windows
• Light Painting/repairs
• Vacuuming/dusting
• Keep walkways free of snow, ice and debris
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively, openly and honestly, with staff and leaders on a consistent basis
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:

This position will assist with any office moves or special cleaning projects as directed by supervisor
