Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 30 years.

We are seeking dedicated Janitorial professionals to join our team, these positions require working on the East side/West side of Cleveland, ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Perform a wide range of cleaning duties in various locations across Cleveland
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
• Dispose of trash properly
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
• Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to management
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned
• Adapt to different cleaning requirements in various facilities

First and Second Shifts are available and some weekend hours.

Rate of Pay $16.00-$18.00hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
• Reliable transportation and clean driver license required. (company vehicles may be available for use)
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
