Job Title: Full-Time Janitorial Positions
Location: Phenix City, Alabama

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time janitorial staff in Shorter, Alabama.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Cleaning blinds, desks, counters, and other surfaces
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Performing other general cleaning tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Valid ID and Social Security card
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work at various locations
• Prior cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must pass a background check

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on job assignment, experience, and location)
• Expected hours: At least 35 hours per week

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts available (day, evening, night, and overnight)
• Year-round work
• Monday through Friday, with occasional holiday shifts
