Job Location: AR Bryant - Bryant, AR 72022

Position Summary:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the building and grounds neat, clean, and free from hazards or clutter
- Maintain exterior spaces, including mowing, weed eating, and parking lot upkeep
- Wash and clean heavy equipment as needed
- Stack and organize pallets in designated areas
- Safely operate a high-powered pressure washing system
- Clean and restock restrooms regularly
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility
- Clean offices, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain interior and exterior floors
- Respond promptly to emergency cleaning or maintenance requests
- Perform daily housekeeping and janitorial tasks in shop and work areas
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Perform minor facility maintenance tasks as needed
- Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and stooping
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage supplies and inventory
- Demonstrated teamwork and reliability in a collaborative environment
- Safety-focused mindset with consistent use of required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable
- Experience working safely in a shop or industrial environment preferred
