The Janitorial Associate is responsible for providing general housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and painting for Bridgeway facilities and residences, individual community residences and community businesses and organizations.

Perform job task required for janitorial service contract as identified by supervisor. Provide a quality and timely cleaning service for customers.
Follow safety rules and precautions with regard to handling, operation, and storage of equipment and supplies.
Complete job requirements in a safe manner for well-being of self, co-workers, and others not employed in the Janitorial Business who are in the areas being cleaned.
Assist with the transport of equipment and supplies, minor repairs of equipment as needed and cleaning of equipment.
Represent Bridgeway in a positive, professional manner and maintain the rights of confidentiality of coworkers.
High school Diploma or GED preferred, no prior experience or training required. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
