The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium's common areas and amenities. This position plays an essential role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and visitors while supporting the overall operation of the condominium community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Clean and maintain all interior common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, mail rooms, fitness centers, clubhouses, restrooms, and other shared amenities.
• 
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• 
  Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the property and replace liners.
• 
  Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and entryways.
• 
  Maintain the cleanliness of exterior common areas, including sidewalks, breezeways, patios, pool decks, parking areas, and dumpster enclosures.
• 
  Monitor and replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed.
• 
  Report maintenance issues, damaged property, safety hazards, or vandalism to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• 
  Assist with setting up and cleaning community rooms for association meetings and resident events.
• 
  Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers.
• 
  Follow all safety procedures and properly handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA standards.
• 
  Respond promptly to spills, weather-related cleanup, and other emergency cleaning situations.
• 
  Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including storm preparation and cleanup.
• 
  Maintain janitorial storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• 
  Perform other duties as assigned by management.
