Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow the MSDS guidelines when using various chemicals Empty trash receptacles
• Clean and sanitize all toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Sweep and damp mop floors using a disinfectant cleaner Refill all paper and soap dispensers as needed
• Clean and wipe all mirrors using glass cleaner
• Spot clean all walls to remove stains or prints
• Buff floors to remove scuff marks
• Strip and wax floors to remove scuff marks
• High dust above 70 inches including air ducts
• Vacuum traffic areas and office areas
• Dust and vacuum waiting chairs
• Top scrub and repeat if needed
• Mop for spills
• Clean, wipe sinks, and water coolers with disinfectant cleaner Clean and sanitize microwave ovens and
refrigerators
• Clean and wipe vending machines
• Clean air ducts
• High and Low Cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition factory working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office,
apartment house, or commercial or other establishment. Duties involve a combination of the following:
Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting
equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor
maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
