What You'll Do

As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring our facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and shower areas
• Maintain lunchrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas, including counters, appliances, tables, and sinks
• Empty trash containers and replenish restroom and janitorial supplies
• Collect and properly dispose of shredded materials and waste
• Dust, mop, wet mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout offices and designated production areas
• Clean walls, windows, door frames, screens, furniture, and shared workspaces
• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Support 5S workplace organization standards
• Monitor janitorial tasks and help coordinate daily cleaning priorities
• Maintain inventory and order custodial supplies
• Assist with additional facility cleaning and support duties as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience
• Plumbing/pipe maintenance knowledge
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and chemical handling practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees across all departments
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, and lifting
• Lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Safe handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste materials
• Ability to use custodial equipment and maintain a physically demanding work pace

Schedule:

Days/Evenings flexibility will be required for the role to maintain needs of position.
