Job Description


Responsibilities:


  • Clean
    and maintain all common areas including clubhouse, recreation building,
    walkways, and shared spaces

  • Clean
    and sanitize restrooms located in the clubhouse and recreation building
    (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, fixtures)

  • Maintain
    cleanliness of laundry rooms, including wiping machines, tables, and
    keeping floors free of debris

  • Sweep,
    mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in common areas and elevators

  • Clean
    and disinfect elevator interiors, doors, tracks, and control panels

  • Empty
    trash and recycling containers throughout the property, including common
    areas and amenity spaces

  • Monitor
    and maintain marina and dock areas by removing trash and debris to ensure
    cleanliness and safety

  • Replenish
    supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in all common area
    restrooms and facilities

  • Dust
    and wipe down furniture, railings, fixtures.

  • Clean
    glass surfaces, doors, and windows in common areas only.

  • Identify
    and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management

  • Follow
    established cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

  • Follow
    establishment building cleaning rotation

  • Safely
    use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Assist
    with special projects such as deep cleaning, event setup/cleanup, and
    seasonal tasks as directed.

Full Time Monday-Friday 730am-4pm
Pay Rate: Up to $17 DOE
