Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Multiple Sites – Louisville, KY
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Overview:
Intec is seeking a dependable and bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support cleaning teams across several Louisville locations. This hands-on role is ideal for a natural leader who can manage multiple sites, motivate teams, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise janitorial crews at various job sites
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks
- Train new hires and support ongoing staff development
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and communicate needs
- Coordinate schedules and coverage
- Serve as liaison between clients and Intec management
- Step in to assist with cleaning tasks when needed

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken required; written preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in janitorial services or team supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Flexibility to travel between locations within Louisville
