The Job
Our bartenders are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Requirements
Experience: Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such as barback or server, or formal bartending training programs.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages: The bartender should have a deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to properly prepare and serve various types of drinks.
Strong customer service skills: Bartenders must be friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
Ability to work under pressure: Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good communication skills: Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members, and management.
