The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an IVSM Regional Marketing Manager, APAC, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

·Regional Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

Lead development and execution of the APAC IVSM strategy aligned with global priorities

Manage the IVSM portfolio across key categories (antimicrobial dressings, securement, standard dressings, disinfecting caps)

Define market prioritization and growth plans across APAC

Translate global strategies into actionable country-level execution plans

·Growth Acceleration & Market Development

Drive adoption of advanced IV site management solutions

Expand best practices in IV site care and reduce catheter-related complications

Build and activate regional KOL networks

Identify new growth opportunities across priority markets

·Commercial Excellence & Execution

Partner with country teams to refine segmentation and value propositions

Lead development of marketing tools and campaigns

Support pricing strategy and margin optimization

Ensure consistent execution across markets

·Clinical & Education Leadership

Collaborate with Medical Affairs to deliver clinical education programs

Support adoption of evidence-based practices

Lead regional training initiatives

Position IVSM solutions as enablers of improved clinical outcomes

·Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as interface between Global Marketing and APAC teams

Collaborate across Sales, Regulatory, Medical and Market Access

Provide regional insights to inform global strategy

Support team capability building

·Performance Management & Analytics

Own regional KPIs

Monitor market trends and competition

Deliver executive-level updates

Leadership Expectations

Act as a regional business leader, taking end-to-end accountability for IVSM performance across APAC

Demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, translating strategy into execution with clear outcomes

Influence and align cross-functional and country stakeholders without direct authority

Elevate marketing capabilities across the region through coaching, best practice sharing, and structured ways of working

Champion a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned with Solventum values

Communicate with clarity and impact, delivering concise, insight-driven updates to senior leadership

Drive innovation and continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and customer impact

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 8–12+ years marketing experience

    APAC regional experience

    Healthcare/Medtech preferred

Work location: Hongkong

· Hybrid (Onsite and Remote): Eligible

Travel: May include up to 10% International/domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
