Account Executive – Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion

As a Regional Account Executive, you'll serve as a strategic partner to healthcare providers,
helping connect patients to specialty therapies that improve outcomes and quality of life. You'll work closely with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare organizations to expand access to care while driving growth across your territory.

What You'll Do
Grow Your Territory
Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, clinics, health systems, and community partners
Identify new referral opportunities and expand patient access to specialty pharmacy services
Build a strong network of healthcare professionals throughout your assigned region
Analyze market trends and uncover new opportunities for growth
Become a Trusted Resource
Serve as a consultative partner to providers and office staff
Educate referral sources on specialty pharmacy solutions and patient support services
Understand customer challenges and provide solutions that support both providers and patients
Establish long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and service excellence
Drive Strategic Growth
Support the launch and adoption of new therapies and disease-state programs
Represent the organization at regional and national conferences, educational programs, and industry events
Participate in marketing initiatives that increase awareness and visibility within the healthcare community
Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth strategies and business objectives
Maintain Operational Excellence
Track territory activity and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities
Ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities and CRM documentation
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational standards

Preferred Background
Healthcare sales experience with a track record of developing provider relationships
Experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion, Infusion Services, Pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare markets
Exposure to therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Immunology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, or Rare Disease
Experience supporting immunoglobulin (IVIG), biologic, or specialty therapies is highly valued
Bachelor's degree preferred
