The Senior analyst is responsible for executing the global Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, ensuring operational stability, consistency, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

The Infrastructure Global Incident, Problem, Change, and Regional Delivery Management Senior analyst executes global service management processes, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement. This position executes complex initiatives with limited oversight and provides guidance to teams and service partners. The Senior analyst is responsible for performance and delivery outcomes, while contributing to short‑ to mid‑term capability. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, the role proactively resolves complex issues and drives process and service improvements.

7-10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Delivery.
