Key Responsibilities

Halo ITSM Administration

  • Administer, configure, andoptimizethe Halo ITSM platform to support service management operations.

  • Manage ticketing workflows, automations, queues, service catalogs, forms, and notifications.

  • Maintain system configuration, permissions, integrations, and platform upgrades.

  • Partner with IT teams to continuously improve service delivery processes and platformutilization.

CMDB Development & Governance

  • Design, build, andmaintainthe Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within Halo ITSM.

  • Define configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, and end user devices.

  • Establish governance standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and lifecycle management of configuration data.

  • Integrate asset inventory, endpoint management platforms, and discovery tools to populate and maintain CMDB data.

  • Work with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams tomaintainaccurateconfiguration relationships.

Hardware Asset Management

  • Develop and manage the hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

  • Maintainaccuratetracking of laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT equipment.

  • Ensure alignment between asset inventory and CMDB records.

  • Establish asset management processes including procurement intake, asset tagging, deployment, reassignment, auditing, and disposal.

  • Conduct periodic asset audits and reconciliation with procurement and finance records.

Dashboards, Reporting & Analytics

  • Design andmaintainoperational dashboards within Halo ITSM to provide real-time visibility into service desk performance, ticket volumes, SLA compliance, and asset inventory.

  • Build reporting for key IT operational metrics including:

  • Incident and request trends

  • SLA performance

  • Ticket backlog and resolution times

  • Asset lifecycle status

  • CMDB health and completeness

  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to support IT leadership and operational decision-making.

  • Identifytrends and insights from ITSM data to recommendprocessimprovements and efficiency gains.

  • Partner with IT leadership to define KPIs and service performance metrics.

Process Improvement & Integration

  • Align asset and configuration management processes with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management workflows.

  • Identifyopportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.

  • Develop andmaintainprocess documentation and standard operating procedures.

  • Support integration of Halo ITSM with other IT systems such as endpoint management, identity platforms, and procurement systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of experience administering an ITSM platform (Halo ITSM preferred).

  • Hands-on experience building ormaintaininga CMDB and IT asset management program.

  • Experience creating operational dashboards, reporting, and analytics within ITSM or BI tools.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.

  • Experience managing hardware asset lifecycle processes.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience administering Halo ITSM.

  • Experience integrating discovery tools, endpoint management systems, or inventory platforms.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management platforms.

  • Experience developing IT operations dashboards and executive reporting.

  • ITIL Foundation or similarServiceManagement certification.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
