
Provides business systems process analysis, project management, training, and quality assurance services in support of court technology. Duties include analyzing and documenting business processes and systems with project teams to elicit and document current and future functional requirements, providing in-person support and training to judicial staff, performing software application testing and functional validations, and developing training materials on court software applications. This position requires the incumbent to have considerable initiative and the use of independent judgment to participate in and lead multiple priorities and projects.
This is a classified position that reports to the Manager, Business Systems Analysis & Reporting. The incumbent performs duties under general supervision and has no supervisory responsibilities.
Salary Range: $57,637.00 to $69,160.00

A Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, management information systems, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis or similar responsibilities; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education approved by Human Resources.

Typically performs duties in a court environment and may lift materials and/or equipment 20 lbs or less. Occasional after hours and weekend hours are required to support system implementations and deployments.

Education Reimbursement Program: The program will provide up to $5,250 per calendar year towards the cost of tuition, required books, registration fees, and laboratory fees. The Employee's lifetime maximum benefit would be for reimbursement of one Bachelor's degree and one Master's degree.
