ITS / Electrical Works Scheduler Location: Rockdale, Sydney NSW Type: Permanent | Full-time

About the Role

Our client is a major infrastructure services contractor delivering road network maintenance and asset management programs across Sydney under a long-term performance contract with a NSW Government road authority

We're seeking an experienced Intelligent Transport System ( ITS) / Electrical Works Scheduler to manage optimised programming and scheduling across ITS maintenance, electrical assets, and roadside electronic equipment — from work order creation through to field delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• D ay-to-day scheduling and forecasting of ITS and electrical work crews
• Developing and maintaining maintenance programs covering planned maintenance, minor upgrades, fault response and repairs across roadside electrical and electronic assets
• Ensuring work orders align with available resources and contractual KPI obligations
• Sequencing work to minimise network and customer impacts
• Liaising with field staff, operations centres, work supervisors and stakeholder teams
• Preparing accurate work estimates and identifying process improvements

What You'll Need

• ITS / Electrical background — an electrical licence is highly regarded
• 2–3 years minimum in a similar scheduling or works coordination role
• Demonstrated understanding of Transport for NSW ( TfNSW) road maintenance and ITS asset management delivery
• Experience working with TfNSW electrical, electronic and communications assets
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and Project (or equivalent)
• Current driver's licence
