Joining the ING International TalentProgramme(ITP) gives you the opportunity to play an active role in driving the change ING aims to achieve. ING Hubs Romania offers 130 services in software development, data management, non-financial risk & compliance, audit, and retail operations to 24 ING units worldwide, with the help of over 2000 high-performing engineers, risk, and operations professionals.
We started out in 2015 as ING’s software development hub, then steadily expanded our range to include more services and competencies. Now we provide borderless services with bank-wide capabilities and operatefrom two locations: Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca

The mission

Your ITP rotations
Over the course of18 months,you’llexplore different areas within ING through a structured rotation program.You’llbegin your journey as a Junior Data Analyst or Data Scientistand continue to grow yourexpertisein this field throughout theprogramme
During this year and a half, you’ll complete three rotations, each lasting six months.In the second rotation,you’llhave the unique opportunity to work abroad on one of your projects. With ING’s global presence, this international experience could take you to locations such as Singapore, the United States, Poland, Australia, or Spain.

Whatyou’llbring to the team
ABachelor’s/Master’sdegree, preferably in Mathematics, Informatics, Econometrics, Computer/Data Science, Information Management or Statistics;
A maximumof 2 years of professional experience;
Involvementinextracurricularactivities (such as board or committee experience, volunteer work, internships) to prove your leadership development andinterest in thetrackthatyou applied for;
Excellent English communication skills,written and verbal;
Someunderstanding of the economic landscapeand an interest to further discover the banking industry;

Take part in 2-3weeksglobal events each year, alongside other ING International TalentProgrammeparticipants from around the world (during the first18 months, you willmainly bebased in Bucharest).
Job rotations
Gain exposure to multiple business units during the first18 monthsthrough structured rotations, including the opportunity to work abroad for 3–6 months in one of ING’s international locations (if circumstances allow).
International onboarding
