The Position

As ITOT Site Operation Manager, you will be the driver of business opportunities enabled by information and operational technologies. As the business partner to the campus your focus is always on site priorities including Make, Assess, Release and delivering the pipeline of new products in alignment with network priorities under RDT organization. Being accountable for the end to end ITOT landscape, you are the strategic RDT interface for development of digital technology and processes, risk and relationship management. In addition, you take a key role in the digitalization of PT's global manufacturing network, which targets to deliver reliable PT network defi ned services through standardization of the ITOT environment. Your contribution will be fundamental to embed the new operating model and culture into the entire function. As PT endeavors a lean and agile way of working, you will be infl uencing and coordinating a growing, global contingent of employees in shifting mentalities and agile ways of working. What you'll be working on Provide strong inspirational, engaging leadership and coaching to direct reports and develop the next generation of leaders while nurturing a culture of agility and collaboration following Roche Leadership commitment Catalyze organizational growth, negotiate and infl uence through being a coach, change agent, trainer, mentor and sounding board for team members, develop team people and skill up the ITOT site team’s capability in digitalization and leadership Lead ITOT site operation team and manage the external vendor to provide the sustainable and reliable ITOT service for site operations to contribute site business goals and meet the PTSH defi ned KPI including, RFT,OEE,OLT, deviation, and etc. Develop and maintain a high digital capability ITOT team for PTSH site operation Accountable for cross-functional teams in an agile set-up, taking the role of advising, educating and challenging the status quo with a customer oriented E2E mindset Ultimately driving end-to-end Make Assess Release (MAR) digital capability to support PTSH site manufacturing, warehouse logistic, maintenance, technical transfer, qualifi cation & validation, quality and Lab business to ensure the business commitment is delivered. As accountable for the site IT OT Operation Services and Product Portfolio, ensure overall production strategy and commitments are met, supported by a conductive environment for robust manufacturing execution and continuous improvement. In partnership with PTSH Site Leadership team colleagues, take a key role in defi ning the site operation execution activities together with site head and SLT, identifying business opportunities and co-creating technology-enabled strategies in alignment with overall Manufacturing Site and Network level Themes & Epics. Facilitate continuous improvement of prioritized initiatives and operational processes, ensuring mobilization of needed resources and skills to advance the ITOT system life-cycle, including cybersecurity remediation, systems, equipment and digital integration, deployment, upgrades. Defi ne the site digital roadmap and responsible for the execution and effectiveness review, identify the site business opportunities and leading the digital execution initiation, identify the site business risks and defi ne the mitigation actions in ITOT areas and provide professional digital consulting to
business. Be fully accountable for site ITOT operation fi nancial target to ensure the service running and new initiative cost within the approved budget Lead cross domain / regional digital and optimization RDT project, drive the excellence result, manage the expectation and inspire the team

Who are you

Is a strong people leader who can inspire and engage the organization and align them to PT vision and strategy in close collaboration with the PTSH site Head and their organizations. Has IT, OT and/or business domain expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, with an experience in manufacturing and Technical Operations and an understanding of market challenges and competitive advantages. Profi cient knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and processes (manufacturing, digital plant, shop fl oor systems, quality lab systems, data historians or automation systems) , deep understanding on ITOT, manufacturing IT, Automation and digital capabilities in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Nurtures a business consultative and value driven partnership. Demonstrates executive presence, strong business acumen, navigates ambiguity and manages complexity. Well-networked. Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity, with high degree of self- awareness, empathy and listening skills. Lives a speak up culture and promotes a culture of trust. • Approach to work with business mindset, e.g. Safety fi rst , Quality Always an agile mindset, i.e. good enough instead of perfection, focus on "Reuse before Buy before Make".

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience; Master/PhD/ MBA is a plus
  • Highly developed people skills, demonstrating a clear commitment to people development and effective mentoring
  • Fit for international network working environment, fl exible to work with stakeholders in different countries and be inclusive and respect different cultures, commit to work in different time zones (late night or early morning network meeting) if required.
  • 15+ years professional experience in global and complex business environments
  • 10+ years of people management and/or comprehensive digital product / service management experience for a middle size team (above 7- 8 members)
