We are currently hiring an IT/OT Project Manager to join our Smart Cloud Factory Team in Lisbon
The Smart Cloud Factory is dedicated to transforming traditional manufacturing into a fully connected, intelligent, and sustainable Smart Factory. The factory leverages digitalized and automated manufacturing processes, real-time data integration and analytics, sustainable and energy-efficient production systems, and human-machine collaboration to achieve Volkswagen’s vision of a Software-Enabled Car Company.
The Smart Cloud Factory supports the integration of IoT, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI to enable predictive maintenance, real-time quality control, and agile manufacturing. · Scope Definition: Work with key stakeholders (VW AE) to clearly define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the ITSF model service implementation, ensuring that all resilience and business continuity requirements are clearly defined and addressed.
· Governance Model: Define and establish the governance model, including roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and scalation path.
· Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Timeline and Milestones: Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, proactively manage and mitigate them to ensure smooth project execution.
· Resource Allocation: Work with teams and departments to ensure necessary resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
· Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to VWAE leadership and stakeholders.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that the ITSF model service implementation meets the required quality standards and best practices.
· Change Management: Oversee the change management process during implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Knowledge & Experience:
· Factory Environment IT/ OT:
· IT Service Management: In-depth knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other relevant IT service management frameworks.
· Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, with experience leading teams, managing timelines, and handling budgets.
· Risk Management: Familiarity with resilience planning and disaster recovery strategies in IT service management.
· Governance Models: Experience in establishing clear governance structures and ensuring adherence to processes and protocols.
· Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring clear communication.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in IT service management or related fields.
· Strong understanding of IT Service Frameworks, ITIL, or other service management methodologies.
· Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
· Familiarity with Information Security practices and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) is a plus.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
· PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
