About the Role

We are looking for an IT Ops / System Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our corporate IT and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure stable, secure, updated, and reliable IT operations across the company while working closely with Security, DevOps, Service Desk, business teams, external partners, vendors, and group companies.

This role is suitable for a practical infrastructure professional who enjoys solving operational issues, organizing infrastructure improvements, supporting secure connectivity, and keeping corporate systems well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, Wi-Fi,

and related systems.

- Configure and support secure network connectivity between the company, partners, vendors, and group

member organizations.

- Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure network and corporate infrastructure are configured according to security requirements, internal policies, and best practices.

- Plan and implement safe and secure communication channels between partner networks, including VPNs, firewall rules, routing, and access restrictions.

- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and security, and respond to network, access, and infrastructure-related incidents.

- Schedule, coordinate, and perform periodic system updates, security patches, firmware upgrades, and software maintenance activities.

- Support corporate systems, servers, workstations, user access, endpoints, and related infrastructure services.

- Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident investigation for network, infrastructure, access, and endpoint issues.

- Plan, organize, and coordinate hardware and software purchases based on business needs, technical requirements, budget, and security considerations.

- Communicate with vendors, service providers, partners, and group companies regarding procurement, support, maintenance, connectivity, and technical implementation.

- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, asset records, configuration records, and operational procedures.

- Support infrastructure improvement, migration, modernization, and security hardening projects.

Required Skills and Experience

- Practical experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Network Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role.

- Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, and firewall rules.

- Experience with firewalls, network equipment, Wi-Fi infrastructure, VPN solutions, and secure remote access.

- Understanding of information security principles and secure infrastructure configuration.

- Experience with Windows-based corporate environments, Active Directory, user access management, and endpoint support.

- Ability to troubleshoot network, infrastructure, endpoint, and access-related issues.

- Experience working with vendors, service providers, and external partners.

- Good documentation, communication, planning, and coordination skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and organize technical work independently.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or similar network and security equipment.

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, or corporate device management.

- Experience with monitoring tools, logging systems, backup solutions, virtualization platforms, or asset

management tools.

- Basic understanding of ISO 27001, IT security controls, risk management, or compliance requirements.

- Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or other regulated environments.
