职位描述
1、负责企业业务系统的日常运维与稳定性保障，覆盖 ERP，以及 CRM / PLM / 财务 / 采购等业务系统 2、根据业务需求开展 二次开发与定制：表单/单据、流程、报表、插件、接口、权限与组织调整等 3、推进业务系统与 OA、HR等系统 对接，完成组织人事、主数据、审批流、消息通知等集成 4、配合统一身份（AD/SSO）完成业务系统登录接入、账号权限同步及入转调离治理 5、对接财务、采购、研发、人事等业务方，完成需求调研、方案设计、开发联调、上线验收与用户培训 6、参与系统升级、数据迁移、割接切换；输出运维手册、接口文档与应急预案
职位要求
1、本科及以上，计算机 / 信息管理 / 软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上 企业应用系统实施、运维或二次开发经验 2、至少熟悉一类，并了解相邻系统： - ERP（鼎捷/用友 / 金蝶等） - OA（飞书 / 泛微 / 蓝凌 / 致远任一） - CRM / PLM / 财务 / 采购任一业务域 3、具备二次开发能力，能独立完成 API / 插件 / 工作流 / 报表 / SQL 脚本等定制开发 4、有 HR/OA 与业务系统对接 经验，能落地组织、人员、审批、消息类集成 5、熟悉 SQL，能独立排查数据问题、编写同步/对账脚本；了解 Windows/Linux 服务部署与基础排障 6、了解 LDAP/AD、SSO 基本概念，能与 IT/身份同事协同完成业务系统接入 7、沟通能力强，能把业务需求转成可落地的系统方案
