As an Item Onboarding Analyst, you will manage the following primary responsibilities to support the item and content needs of the Seller community, for Target’s Marketplace, Target Plus:
• Own, organize and prioritize end to end project management of the item and content onboarding experience process.
• Manage all communication throughout the item and content life cycle with external and internal stakeholders.
• Drive accountability with internal and external partners when item and content standards are not met or following standard operating procedures.
• Administer the automation process based on analysis and assessment of item/content data submissions from partners.
• Create, monitor and analyze seller item and content performance metrics centered around: completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and relevancy of data to meet Target.com standards.
• Manage the item consultation process with the partner team by setting clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Lead onboarding process initiatives and partner with Sr. Item Data Process Analyst to improve standard operating procedures, technology roadmaps and vendor facing
training materials to create efficiencies within the onboarding life cycle.
• Collaborate within the Item COE and Target Plus teams in a leadership/captainship capacity to drive project initiatives.
