We are looking for intern(s) to join our Infrastructure Automation team, supporting efforts to streamline and automate key infrastructure processes that keep our systems running reliably and efficiently.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

User Management

• Engage with stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and identify opportunities for automation
• Translate user requirements into actionable automation solutions

Testing and Deployment Support

• Prototype and develop Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure use cases such as server patch management and new server provisioning
• Test and validate automation scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy

Documentation and Knowledge Management

• Assist in creating clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and handover
• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials to communicate progress and outcomes to the team

About You:

• Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems, IT Systems and Networks, Cyber & Network Security or related discipline
• Proficient in, or have a strong interest in, infrastructure automation practices
• Familiar with Ansible or similar automation tools
• Basic understanding of server administration and infrastructure concepts
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, test automation, or robotic process automation tools is a plus
• Independent, fast learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
