岗位职责：
1.深入理解生产、仓储、质检等业务部门的业务流程、痛点及战略目标，充当其值得信赖的技术顾问；
2.将业务需求转化为清晰的IT需求、解决方案及投资建议，并共同制定生产领域的IT战略路线图；
3.全面负责生产领域IT项目的全生命周期管理，从项目立项、预算编制、资源协调、执行监控到成功交付；
4.领导或参与新系统的选型、实施、以及现有系统的升级、替换或优化项目，确保项目在范围、时间、成本和质量目标内完成；
5.主导或全面参与计算机化系统验证（CSV）活动，负责或审核验证核心文档的编写，如用户需求说明（URS）、功能规格说明（FS）、验证计划、测试方案（IQ/OQ/PQ）和验证报告；
6.确保所有系统活动严格遵守GxP、21 CFR Part 11、欧盟附录11、数据完整性ALCOA+原则及相关中国法规（NMPA）要求；
7.管理指定生产应用系统（如MES, WMS, LIMS, SCADA）的日常运维、配置变更、用户权限管理和性能监控；
8.作为三级支持，协调内部团队或供应商解决系统复杂 incident 和问题，执行根本原因分析（RCA）并实施纠正与预防措施（CAPA）；
9.编写、审核、执行并定期优化IT相关的GMP规范文档，如系统标准操作规程（SOP）、配置管理计划、灾难恢复计划等；
10.管理系统的变更控制（Change Control）流程，确保所有变更均经过充分评估、测试、批准和记录。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理系统、制药工程、生物技术或相关专业；
2.必须具备5年以上制药、生物技术或医疗器械行业IT相关工作经验，深刻理解药品研发和生产业务流程；
3.必须具备3年以上支持GxP受控环境的核心生产系统（MES, LIMS, WMS, SCADA, SAP PP/QM等）的项目管理、实施或运维支持经验；
4.具有成功的计算机化系统验证（CSV）项目管理经验，完整经历过至少2个以上从需求到验证上线的全周期项目；
5.精通国内外GMP法规、数据完整性（ALCOA+）、21 CFR Part 11、欧盟附录11和GAMP5良好实践指南；
6.精通计算机化系统验证（CSV）方法论和实践，具备优秀的验证文档编写与审核能力；
7.精通项目管理知识体系，持有PMP、Prince2认证者优先；
8.出色的业务流程分析、解决问题和 root cause analysis (RCA) 能力；
9.卓越的中英文沟通、协调和影响能力，能够与各级业务及IT人员有效协作。
