TheITAMData Platform Engineeris responsible forthe administration, automation, security, monitoring, and operational support of enterprisedataplatforms and associated data services. This role spans traditionalITAMfunctions as well as broader responsibilities involving data platforms, CMDB administration, automation tooling, identity integrations, reporting platforms, andcloudbasedservices. The position plays a critical role in ensuring data availability, integrity, security, performance, and operational compliance across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.

**Onsite Requirement: Little Rock, AR (in-office full time)**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Automation, Integration & Data Engineering

  • Develop andmaintainautomation using SQL, PowerShell,Power Platform, Logic Apps, and scheduled tasks.

  • Build and standardize data loading processes, including structured and unstructured (JSON) data ingestion.

  • Utilize APIs (Microsoft Graph, Device42,Freshservice,ControlUp, Workday, Tenable, Cisco DNA, etc.) to support custom integrations and automated workflows.

  • LeverageMicrosoft Power Platform andits correspondingAPIsgatewaysformonitoring, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Support Microsoft Fabricdataplatform.

Platform, CMDB & Asset Management

  • Administer andmaintainthe CMDB as unstructured data (JSON) within database and reporting platforms.

  • Design, implement, and maintain CMDB database structures, views, reports, and data refresh processes.

  • Administer Device42, includingdiscoveryjobs, integrations, API usage, updates, certificates, SSO, and data remediation.

  • AdministerFreshserviceasset mappings, integrations, workflows, and data exports.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data conflicts between Device42,Freshservice, and related systems.

  • Create training and process documentation for CMDB, Device42, and related platforms.

Operational Support

  • Provideoncallsupport coverage andparticipatein incident response.

  • Coordinate with application vendors and internal teams for platform issues and enhancements.

  • Design andmaintainautomated operational schedules, reports, and monitoring dashboards.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent4 yearshandsonexperience

  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise SQL Server environments and associated data platforms.

General Skills

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities acrossdata solutions, integrations, and automation.

  • Ability to design, document, and support complex data and automation solutions.

  • Strong operational discipline with attention to performance, security, and reliability.

  • Effective communication skills for technical documentation, training, andcrossteamcollaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in production environments.

Computer / Application Skills

  • SQL Server, PowerShell

  • Azure Log Analytics

  • Microsoft Fabric

  • PowerPlatform (Power BI, Power BI Gateway, Power BI APIs,etc…)

  • SharePointOnline

  • APIdrivenintegrations

  • Office 365 stack

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Relevant certifications indata platform automation or cloud technologies are preferred but notrequired

Other Qualifications

  • Experience working in regulated,auditsensitiveenvironments.

  • Familiarity with change management, production release controls, and operational governance.

  • Willingness toparticipateinoncallrotations andafterhoursoperational support.
