Senior Flavourist Senior Flavourist Alkoholic & Non Alkolic Beverages (m/f/d)

Location: Greater Milan area

My client is a leading European B2B group specializing in natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry.

• We develop and manufacture tailor-made natural flavours, botanical extracts, and natural colours, serving global manufacturers across the beverage,and food sectors.

Tasks

• Your Role & Responsibilities
• In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in driving flavour innovation across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage platforms, working as part of an established team, while collaborating with group entities across Europe.
• Flavour Creation & Reformulation: Formulate innovative, high-performance flavours and taste solutions for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage applications
• Extract & Botanical Integration: Leverage deep expertise in natural extracts and raw materials to maximize taste performance, profile complexity, and stability.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on working experience as a Flavourist in the flavour, beverage, or ingredient industry.
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record in natural extract technology and application development for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Languages:
• English: Business fluent (Mandatory)
• Italian: Professional working proficiency (Highly desirable / Ideal)
• Mindset: Highly collaborative, innovative problem-solver with exceptional sensory skills and project management capabilities in an international group setting.
