Your mission

Attività Oggetto del Tirocinio

La risorsa, in affiancamento al tutor si occuperà di:

  • Supporto al Business Unit Director nel follow up dell'execution delle attività previste per il piano Marketing & Sales della Business Unit
  • Supporto ai Brand Managers all'implementazione e al monitoring delle attività di Marketing Omnichannel al fine di sviluppare gli strumenti promozionali ed educazionali per raggiungere gli obiettivi dei Brands e soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti
  • Analizzare, insieme al team di Marketing & Sales, i dati di vendita di modo da apportare azioni correttive per il raggiungimento degli obbiettivi di business
  • Interagire con l'informazione Medica in ottica cross-funzionale
  • Supportare il dipartimento nel preparare slides per le riunioni nazionali e internazionali.

E' previsto un feedback costante tra tirocinante e tutor.

OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI E DI ORIENTAMENTO

Acquisire Conoscenze/ Sviluppare Competenze relativamente alla gestione di progetti aziendali

  • Capacità di gestire, con limitata supervisione, report e analisi
  • Forte esperienza di lavoro in team dinamico;
  • Conoscere le politiche interne aziendali per un primo avvicinamentoal mondo del lavoro
