Italy Customer Operations Internship | Milan | 6 months | Start date: September/October 2026

For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join Italy Customer Operations Team You will have the opportunity to work with whole marketing dept, knowing deeply customer and seller needs, in order to have a 360° vision of business and build up your employabilityFurthermore, you will contribute to customer operations strategy implementation to continuously improve the investments efficiency.

You’ll be in charge of

  • Managing and coordinating the customer care channels and shops tickets;
  • Tracking and monitoring contact centers quality;
  • Tracking and monitoring performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM);
  • Delivering business and customer care campaigns, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders;

You are the right person if you:

  • Have a degree in Economics, Management, Marketing;
  • Possess good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel);
  • Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
  • Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive;
  • Are business performance/marketing/analytics passionate and a fast learner.

Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer:

  • 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in via Vezza d’Oglio 7;
