Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking Italian-speaking Sales Agents to join our Telecommunications department in Athens, Greece. Responsibilities
- Engage with Italian-speaking customers to promote telecommunications solutions.
- Provide comprehensive product information and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage leads and maintain customer records accurately.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with post-sale follow-up and inquiries to ensure customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal; your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within telecommunications or related industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Athens, Greece.
