Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian-Speaking Logistics Expert to join our customer support team in Athens, Greece. This role involves providing exceptional logistics support and solutions to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
As a Logistics Expert, you will coordinate with various departments and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations and timely deliveries. Your expertise will to ensuring and enhancing overall customer satisfaction and streamlining logistical bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
- Offer professional logistics and delivery support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and track shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to optimize logistics processes
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer support roles preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service
