Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with streaming service setup, billing questions, and technical support
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and service updates
- Collect and report customer feedback to enhance service quality
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and streaming technology is advantageous
