Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app
- Resolve issues related to rides, payments, and app functionality
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our support system accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and app performance
- Stay informed about app features and industry trends to provide expert guidance
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the tech or transportation sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A customer-focused attitude with a drive to help others
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or mobile technology is a plus
