Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department located in Athens! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with expert support as they navigate our mobile banking platform. Your linguistic skills and dedication to customer service will be essential in ensuring a seamless banking experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding mobile banking services
- Provide information about account management, transactions, and app functionality
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues effectively
- Help educate clients on best practices for safe and effective mobile banking
- Participate in training sessions to remain up-to-date on our services and features
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive approach with a customer-centric mindset
- Able to effectively handle multiple inquiries in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
