Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries about luxury products, orders, and services
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery
- Maintain a deep understanding of our luxury brand offerings and the market trends
- Proactively gather customer feedback to inform improvements
- Participate in training sessions to remain updated on the latest luxury retail developments
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the luxury retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Proficiency in customer support platforms and tools
