Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to logistics services, tracking shipments, and delivery inquiries
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal logistics teams to resolve client issues
- Provide clients with updates on their shipments and service changes
- Gather feedback from clients to improve our logistics services
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on logistics practices and tools
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and customer support tools is a plus
