Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department based in vibrant Athens, Greece! In this critical entry-level role, you will play an essential part in facilitating smooth logistics operations for our Italian-speaking clients. Your support will ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics services.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and logistics services
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues effectively
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance our logistics services
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or transportation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and customer support tools is beneficial
