Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Entertainment Systems Department! In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding their home entertainment systems. Your expertise will help ensure that customers enjoy a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to home entertainment systems
- Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and usage
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Guide customers on best practices for setting up and using their home entertainment systems
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the home entertainment industry
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in technology or retail sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
