Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist players with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex gaming issues
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on their gaming experience
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on gaming trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- A passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms
