Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to Italian-speaking customers
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
- Identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients
- Keep abreast of company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
