Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Hotel Reservations Department in Greece. In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them with their hotel bookings and inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you assist clients in navigating the reservation process, addressing questions about hotel amenities, policies, and special requests, ultimately contributing to positive customer experiences in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for hotel reservations and inquiries
  • Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary
  • Professionally resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with hotel partners to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings
  • Stay updated on hotel amenities, promotions, and travel trends relevant to customers

Requirements

  • Proficient in both Italian and English, possessing outstanding communication skills. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly indicated in your application.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service focus and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially within the hospitality or travel sectors.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A genuine passion for travel and assisting customers in creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
