Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Energy Company, located in Greece. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in ensuring clear and effective communication as you help clients understand their energy options, resolve issues, and provide guidance on energy-saving practices. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service in a crucial industry, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding energy services and inquiries
  • Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service changes
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service-related inquiries efficiently
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex issues
  • Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
  • Stay informed about energy industry trends and company offerings

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the energy sector or utilities, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in energy services and dedication to assisting customers
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
