We are now looking for Italian-speaking Content Moderators to join the team in Lisbon. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe, engaging, and legally compliant environment on the platform by moderating Seller, Product, Live, and Short Video content.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that content uploaded to the platform complies with legal regulations and community standards.
- Helping to develop, improve, and maintain content safety guidelines to protect online communities.
- Contributing to the optimization of content management strategies for short-form videos.
- Collaborating with supervisors and team members to support moderation processes and goals.
Your profile:
- Fluency in Italian (at least C1 level) + B2 level of English
- Availability to work in shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
