What You'll Do
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation for refrigeration systems
- Collect and organize certificates and supporting documents from technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with local regulations
- Work closely with Installation Managers and After-Sales Managers to keep project documentation up to date
- Monitor documentation deadlines and ensure records are properly maintained
- Registering used materials on local ministry portal
- Analyzing technician’s work sheet
- Updating client portals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, documentation, coordination, project support, or a similar role
- Business-level Italian language skills with at least intermediate English, both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Excel and Outlook tools
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
