Marketing Manager (Digital) – Malta
Our client is a fast growing Digital Marketing Firm operating in the iGaming and Fintech space. They're looking for a Marketing Manager (Digital) to join their growing team in St. Julian's, Malta.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys analysing campaign performance, interpreting data, and working closely with an external digital marketing agency to optimise results.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse the performance of PPC and digital marketing campaigns.
Review campaign metrics, conversion rates, and A/B testing results to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with an external marketing agency, providing direction and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the company's growth strategy.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Digital Marketing or Marketing Manager role.
Good understanding of PPC, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital marketing analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with external marketing agencies is an advantage.
Mature, proactive, and stable professional with excellent communication skills.
Fluent English and Italian or Spanish
