Italian Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

IC Recruiting is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector, managing boutique accommodations in Bologna and Florence, Italy

You’ll join a small, dynamic team providing remote support to guests — ensuring smooth check-ins, timely assistance, and professional communication through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest communication in Italian and English via email, WhatsApp Business, and VOIP calls

• Support guests during online check-in through the Vikey platform, verify documents, and resolve access issues.

• Manage reservations and modifications in Octorate (property management system).

• Process payments, issue invoices, and manage add-ons such as early check-ins, late check-outs, parking, or pet fees.

• Provide assistance during stays using video guides and pre-set instructions.

• Monitor and respond through Keplero.AI, the automated service channel.

• Coordinate with local teams when on-site intervention is needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry

• Confident using digital tools and online communication platforms.

• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional attitude.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

• Flexibility to work in rotation, including weekends and on-call evening hours (22:00–01:00).
